Audit
I look at the site as it is: plugins, security, backups, speed, and whatever previous work left behind.
Updates, backups, monitoring and fixes handled quietly in the background. Your site stays fast, secure and online, and problems get caught early, not by your customers.
A contact form stops sending messages. Pages take longer to load. A plugin falls behind on the update that closed a security hole, and the backup configured two years ago has been failing silently since spring. Nothing announces itself. The site still opens, so you may not notice anything is wrong.
Maintenance is not a subscription you buy to feel safe. It is someone actually looking at the things that break sites: what is out of date, what is exposed, what has slowed down, and whether the backup you are counting on would genuinely restore.
Updates run automatically or not at all. Backups exist in theory. Nobody notices the problem until a customer reports it.
Updates tested before they go live. Restore points that work. Problems found and fixed before they reach your visitors.
Every plan covers the fundamentals properly. The higher plans take more of the work off your hands.
Updates, supervised
Applied outside business hours, with a restore point taken right before. Never left to an auto-updater.
Backups that actually restore
Daily, kept on a separate backup server with fourteen-day retention. From Care+ a weekly copy also goes to cloud storage, so even a failed data center is not a lost site.
Security scanning and malware cleanup
In every plan. If the site gets hit, cleaning it up is not a separate invoice.
Uptime monitoring, 24/7
Checked around the clock, so downtime is something I am already fixing rather than something you discover.
Small edits on Care+ and Managed
Text changes, image swaps, a corrected price or a broken link. Covered by your monthly development time, without a quote for every line.
Premium licenses on takeover sites
Bricks, Elementor Pro, WPML, ACF Pro and more, covered by me instead of billed to you.
Free migration
Moving an ordinary site over to me costs nothing, on every plan. Large or complex sites are quoted first, before anything starts.
Backups
Daily, off the server
Monitoring
24/7 uptime
Updates
Supervised, out of hours
Response
Same day from Care+
Contract
Monthly
A site does not stay fast, secure or reliable on its own. These are the things that quietly decide whether it does.
Licenses
Current and paid
Premium plugins on your site stay licensed and updated. An expired license is how a site quietly ends up running a version with a known hole in it.
Updates
Never on autopilot
Updates are applied by a person, out of hours, with a restore point ready. If a release misbehaves, it is rolled back in minutes.
Security
Patched on release
Known vulnerabilities get patched when the fix ships, not on the next scheduled visit.
Recovery
Restore in an hour
On Managed, a full restore is an emergency with a deadline, not a support ticket.
Most sites I maintain were built by someone else. This is how I pick one up.
I look at the site as it is: plugins, security, backups, speed, and whatever previous work left behind.
Anything broken, outdated or unused gets fixed or removed. Quoted once, before the plan starts.
Backups, monitoring and security configured the way they should have been from the start.
Premium plugins move onto my licenses, so you stop paying for them.
Updates, monitoring and fixes run quietly. You hear from me when something needs a decision, not otherwise.

A bilingual site built from scratch for a heritage Slovenian confectionery brand.

A full custom redesign for an SEO agency, rebuilt from scratch with all content migrated.

A calm, editorial WordPress rebuild for a horticultural writer and educator.
You message the person who maintains your site. No ticket queue, no account manager, no handoffs.
The plan covers what it says it covers. Anything beyond it is quoted before the work, never after.
Most of the sites I maintain were built by someone else. Taking over work I did not write is normal for me, not an exception.
Every plan covers the fundamentals properly. What changes is how much of the work comes off your desk.
Care
The site stays updated, backed up and watched.
Care+
Most popularEverything above, plus your small jobs handled and a same-day reply.
Managed
I take the whole thing, hosting included.
Moving an ordinary site over is free on every plan. Annual billing gets you two months free. Development beyond your plan: 60 / 50 / 40 EUR per hour. Sites I maintain run on my servers, because I cannot guarantee a malware cleanup on a server I cannot see into. Hosting is billed separately on Care and included on Care+ and Managed. Shops and high-traffic sites that need more resources are agreed separately. If your hosting is fixed by someone else, ask me before you rule the plan out.
Premium licenses included
Around 700 EUR a year in plugin licenses, covered by your plan on sites I look after.
Not included
No. Most of the sites I maintain were built by someone else. I audit it, fix what needs fixing, and take it from there.
Then I tell you so. The audit comes first and the cleanup is quoted once, before the plan starts. I do not quietly absorb someone else's technical debt into a monthly fee.
Not for an ordinary site, on any plan. If it is large or complex, a shop with thousands of products or a multilingual build, I look at it first and quote it before anything starts. No surprise invoice either way.
Yes, on every plan including Care, for the plugins on my list. Anything outside the list stays on your own license and I manage the renewals.
Changing text, swapping an image, updating a price or opening hours, fixing a broken link, publishing a post you send me. They come out of the development time included in your plan. Building a new page or a new section is design and build work, so it is quoted separately.
Managed includes hosting and email for a standard business site. WooCommerce stores and high-traffic sites need real resources, so those are quoted on top rather than squeezed into the plan price. Care+ includes standard hosting. On Care the site still runs on my server, with hosting billed separately, and moving it over is free. If your hosting is decided by someone else, your IT department or a contract you cannot get out of, tell me and we will work out what I can do.
Malware cleanup is included in every plan, including the cheapest one. It is not an emergency upsell.
No, deliberately. I would rather spend that hour fixing something than formatting a PDF you would not read. Ask me anything about your site at any time and you get a straight answer.
Monthly plans: any month, with no notice period and no exit fee. Annual plans are paid upfront with two months free, so they run to the end of the paid year and are not refunded. Either way, you keep the site, the backups and every access credential.
